This custom home was designed using a unique concept of two distinct yet seamlessly connected homes, arranged vertically of each other-providing independent living quarters. Each space was thoughtfully designed and individually curated for the client and his parents. To embrace the stunning beauty of the site's panoramic rear views, the interior design enhances the multi-directional beauty of the outdoors. Privacy screens are used in the front of the home to allow for the balance and transparency of light throughout the space.  An additional feature, due to the homeowner's involvement in the automotive software industry, was a separate workshop created with collaborative space for employees to be involved in special projects.
