Burgh’ers is a restaurant that serves locally sourced and healthy burger meals, fulfilling the dream of chef Fiore Moletz. He has opened multiple locations in the Pittsburgh area. Entasis Inc. was engaged to design the Zelienople location in 2017. The restaurant features an outdoor dining area and bar and serves burgers named after local Pittsburgh neighborhoods.

​This new location was a former auto dealership. We worked with Fiore and his landlord, Rectenwald Development, to design an upgraded façade in keeping with their forward-looking standards. The kitchen is serviced from a side street, away from the main entrance and outdoor dining area. Seating is provided with a mix of tables and booths, with a central bar. 

​The high ceilings, with exposed ductwork serving the dining area, create a modern and exciting atmosphere. Burgh’ers opened its doors in 2018.
