Entasis was approached by the building owners to create ADA access to the second floors of two separate adjacent existing buildings located along Main Street in the heart of Zelienople. Entasis designed a centralized vertical circulation core to house an ADA platform lift, stair, and entrances to multiple tenant spaces.

Entasis, being a growing firm, needed 1,600 square feet of tenant space to house our four private offices, design studio, reception area, conference room, library, and breakroom/kitchenette.

With occupied space on both sides, natural light was limited to windows located only at the front and rear of the space. With just the roof above, we decided to add natural light to each of the four central private offices with solar tube skylights. This provides natural light for each office and maintains occupants’ circadian rhythm.

​A mixture of classic with modern flare was the design intent, creating a pleasurable and inspiring work environment for staff and a welcome inviting space for our clients and guests.

Linear and recessed LED lighting illuminates the physical environment for everyday tasks as well as highlighting various design features of the space.

Designed in 2020 and constructed in 2021, this space is currently occupied by Entasis, Inc.
