ENTASIS COMMERCIAL PROJECT | MOON TWP, PA

The Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce had two bays in a building in Moon Township. When an adjacent tenant moved, they took the opportunity to expand into that space. The program included a large conference room, important to the Chamber functions. One bay could not accommodate that room, so significant structural changes had to be made to allow the large multi-purpose room to span across what had been a bearing wall. The expansion space included a business incubator, with flexible workstations, a collaboration area and private offices that can be rented for short or longer periods. The main entrance was relocated to a more prominent place on the site, allowing for an outdoor area adjacent to the entrance for summer gatherings. The Chamber offices included a custom reception desk which we designed, bright new finishes, upgraded wi-fi capability, and a serving kitchen for catered events in the multi-purpose room. The Chamber expects to live happily in their new quarters for years to come.
