Rectenwald Development purchased a former automobile dealership building near the Zelienople business district. In addition to housing other tenants, they were renovating approximately 4,300 square feet into the Tom Rectenwald Construction offices. Entasis assisted them in the space planning and conceptual design of the renovation. The design features collaborative work areas and private offices in a high ceiling exposed structure environment. The conference room is furnished with a decorative acoustical element over the conference room table to enhance the acoustic performance of that room. The renovation work was completed in 2018.
