Burgh’ers is a restaurant that serves locally sourced and healthy burger meals, fulfilling the dream of chef Fiore Moletz. He has opened a second location in the trendy Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh and is planning to move his original location from its strip center location in Harmony to a larger venue near the Zelienople main business district. As with his original, the new restaurant will feature an outdoor dining area, and serve burgers named after Pittsburgh neighborhoods. The new location is in a former auto dealership. We worked with Fiore and his landlord, Rectenwald Development, to design an upgraded façade in keeping with their forward looking standards. The kitchen is serviced from a side street, away from the main entrance and outdoor dining area. Seating is provided with a mix of tables and booths, with a central bar. The high ceilings in the former showroom will be maintained, with exposed ductwork serving the dining area. Burgh’ers will be opening during 2018.
