Historic Home Restoration
This 1810 historic drover’s home was previously renovated multiple times. It was functioning as a multi-family dwelling when the owner and heir decided to restore the home. With a commitment to preserving the original exterior façade, the interior was transformed to create an inviting and comfortable living space for his family.
We completely gutted the interior, turning the staircase 180 degrees to face the main entrance, and restored the two-story porches at the front and rear of the structure. Only the existing kitchen addition remained under a portion of the rear second floor porch.
Now a three-bedroom spacious and updated home with a large eat-in style kitchen, mudroom, library/den, and formal dining room - this home radiates the past but with modern conveniences and design influences.
