This 1810 drover home was previously renovated multiple times over and was functioning as a multi-family dwelling before the family heir decided he wanted to restore the exterior façade as much as possible to the original design but make it habitable for his family. We completely gutted the interior, turned the staircase 180 degrees to face the main entrance, and restored the 2-story porches at the front and rear of the structure. Only the existing kitchen addition remained under a portion of the rear 2nd floor porch. Now a 3-bedroom  spacious & modern home with large eat-in style kitchen, mudroom, library/den , and formal dining room this home now radiates the past with modern influences.
