Roth Residence

The goal in this design was to incorporate both the sophisticated aspects of a tech company director’s home while it reflected the homeowner’s personal lifestyle needs. The architectural character provided in this custom designed six-bedroom modern craftsman style home accommodates large open family spaces as well as dedicated professional workshops in the garage. Some specific design features include two home offices, a library, two tech workshops, a bar, a second living room, and an exercise room. This home is not just a place to live, but a sanctuary for work, relaxation, and entertainment. We did not want the house to define them but instead every detail was customized to support their daily routines effectively. This approach truly resonates with their way of life creating a home that is not just a building, but a sanctuary tailored to facilitate efficiency and their overall wellbeing.
